Work Smarter is a not-for-profit information sharing and networking site for school business professionals in the UK. Whether you are a school business manager, an office manager, the COO of a MAT, a facilities manager or whether HR or marketing are more your thing, we hope that you can use this platform to find others who are facing the same challenges as you are and pick up some tips from those who have trodden the path before you.
We are a network of actively working school business professionals who do not seek profit, a job, a sale or a business development opportunity from this network. We also do not aim to undermine or duplicate the work of any of the amazing organisations that we all already respect and use to build our knowledge and know-how. We just felt that that there was a need for a platform for genuine networking and information exchange where commercial interests were not a factor. The downside of this is that all information provided has been contributed in good faith, and that we expect you to use your critical judgement when taking on any advice provided here.
